Subscription Terms

Before you come aboard a paid plan, here is the full map: what is included, what it costs, how renewal works, how cancellation works, and where to ask for help. Clear terms are part of good hospitality.

Eligible first-time subscribers receive a seven-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged $4.99 USD per month. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Cancel through the subscription-management link in your purchase or renewal email. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Service

Easy Seas provides cruise and casino-offer organization, data import and synchronization, calculations, and planning tools. Easy Seas is not affiliated with or endorsed by Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, or their casino programs. Cruise-line websites and data can change. We do not guarantee that every offer, sailing, point balance, or calculation will be available or error-free. Check important travel, financial, and booking decisions against the cruise line's official records.

Trial, price, and recurring payment

The Easy Seas web subscription costs $4.99 USD per month after an eligible seven-day free trial. The trial is available only when checkout says you are eligible; generally, it is for customers who have never made a purchase in this subscription program. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first $4.99 monthly charge occurs when the trial ends. Thereafter the subscription automatically renews, and your payment method is charged $4.99 USD each month until you cancel. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Your checkout confirmation controls the exact start, trial-end, and renewal dates.

Cancellation

You may cancel a web subscription at any time using the customer-portal link in a RevenueCat Billing purchase, renewal, or billing email. You may also email info@cruising4comps.com for help locating your subscription. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the free trial ends. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewals; paid access generally continues through the end of the current paid period. Purchases through Apple's App Store or Google Play must be managed through the applicable store's subscription controls.

Refunds

We do not offer voluntary refunds for completed subscription charges after the trial or for unused time in a paid period. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error or have a statutory refund right, email info@cruising4comps.com with your purchase email and charge date. For App Store or Google Play purchases, the relevant store's refund process may apply.

Access across devices

A qualifying subscription may provide Easy Seas Pro access in the Chrome extension and supported iOS and Android app versions when you use the same verified Easy Seas account email. Store policies and platform availability may affect where a purchase can be initiated. Do not share sign-in codes or account access. If your subscription is canceled, expires, is refunded, or payment fails, Pro access may end according to the billing provider's status.

Responsible use

You are responsible for your own cruise-line accounts and their terms. Use Easy Seas only with accounts you are authorized to access. Do not collect another person's private data without permission, interfere with websites, evade access controls, or resell access. Easy Seas provides organizational and estimated casino information, not gambling, financial, legal, or travel advice. Gambling involves risk; historical results and point estimates do not predict future results.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy at https://cruising4comps.com/privacy-policy describes our handling of personal information. Contact info@cruising4comps.com for support. Web payments are processed by RevenueCat Billing and its connected payment provider; App Store and Google Play purchases are processed through those stores.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. If we change a material subscription term, including price, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before it affects an existing subscription.
