Easy Seas is designed to organize the cruise and casino records you already have access to. It does not replace a cruise line’s account, booking system, casino program, or official support team.

If the answer below does not solve the problem, email scott@cruising4comps.com with the product surface, provider, steps, and any support code from an export log. Remove passwords, one-time codes, and full payment-card numbers before sending anything.

1

Choose the right place to start

Use the web app for the main Easy Seas workspace, the Chrome extension for supported provider-page capture, and the iOS or Android app for supported mobile access. The Privacy Notice explains data handling; the Support Policy explains response expectations; Subscription Terms explain trials, billing, and cancellation.

2

Browser sync checklist

Sign in directly on the supported cruise-line website, keep the tab in the same Chrome profile where Easy Seas is installed, confirm the extension is enabled for that provider, and start a fresh capture. The extension reads the authorized browser session and reports each capture stage. If a provider changed its page, save the export log and send the support code.

3

When an import is missing

Open Easy Seas and look for the capture status and import receipt. A capture can be valid while an import is still pending. Wait for the receipt, then refresh the app. If a record is duplicated, keep the newest verified record and send the capture identity from the log so the issue can be traced without sending private credentials.

4

Account and subscription access

Use the same verified Easy Seas account email across supported surfaces. If Pro access does not appear after a purchase, sign out and back in, then confirm the purchase email and provider. App Store and Google Play purchases are managed through their stores; web subscriptions are managed through the billing portal link in the purchase or renewal email.

5

Storage, exports, and clearing data

Captured records and diagnostics are stored locally in the browser or app unless a feature says otherwise. Use the built-in export controls before clearing storage. Removing the extension or clearing browser data can remove local records, but it does not cancel a cruise-line booking or delete records held by a provider.

6

What Easy Seas cannot promise

Provider pages, offers, point balances, eligibility, and APIs can change. Easy Seas organizes and calculates from available records; it does not guarantee a casino result, future offer, complimentary sailing, savings, or compatibility with every provider page. Check important decisions against official provider records.

7

Contact support with a clean report

Send the feature, provider, device and browser, exact steps, expected result, actual result, time zone, and a redacted screenshot or export log. Never send a password, one-time code, session token, or full payment-card number. Support email: scott@cruising4comps.com.
